Ground up Mazda car dealership in Cumming, GA on Buford HWY. Site was 4.5 acres and featured asphalt paving, brick pavers, and underground utilities. The site work required significant import for the backfill of the basement walls and grading. The building was 62,545 SF on an elevated deck and the basement was 30,404 SF. We also built a 2,709 SF service building on the backside of the site. The building features a massive basement parking area, and a modern style sales floor. The veneer on the building is stone, EIFS, and ACM.
