Driven by their spiritual relationship, the founding principals, Steve Head and Chip Evans, embarked on a journey in 1999 to establish recognition and a presence in the Georgia market. Today, that effort has developed into a premier commercial construction company complemented with a full administrative support staff, estimators, project managers, project coordinators and superintendents synergistically focused on meeting the construction needs of their clients.
Currently, CBI is licensed in 15 southeastern states with licensure capabilities in all states. To date, since inception, current project completion has exceeded over 900 projects. The CBI team determined in the early effort, that integrity does build long term relationships. Integrity has become an integral component of the expression of their mutual faith and the resulting end product, which has been defined with quality construction and helping others through community involvement.
CBI General Contractors and Construction Managers are results oriented……a brand of results not just words.
The construction concept of faith-based facilities goes beyond brick and mortar. It is about creating community and spaces that inspire worship, welcoming spaces, and meeting the vision needs of different ministries.
Our staff are encouraged to become involved in local missions and giving back to our community.

This is probably one of life’s greatest questions. For some, it may be a difficult one to answer while for most it’s probably a question never asked or even considered with much seriousness. What is your purpose today?
As Christian Brothers, Inc. began to take shape in early 2000, I began to think about the Company logo. I’m certainly not a graphic artist so God began to reveal to me His plan for our logo. God is sovereign and can certainly recall to our memories things of the past as well as reveal new ideas to us through our thoughts. I began to recall an illustration of a three-seat bicycle with two people pedaling on the two rear sears. The front seat, where the driver would sit, was empty. Actually, the front seat is not empty but is occupied by Jesus. We must allow Jesus to direct our paths. The image of the bicycle caused me to focus on the circles created by the wheels. I imagined that three circles linked together represented the two people peddling and Jesus guiding the way. This formed the idea of three circles linked together in our logo. The red circle represents Jesus and the blood that He shed for our redemption. The two white circles represent Steve and I brothers in Christ, washed white as snow by His Blood. Was that all there would be to our logo? I thought so for several weeks but in an instant one day while driving, God revealed the rest. I had the image of Jesus, Steve and I on a cross together. I placed the three circles on a cross, which began the basis of our Company verse –
The logo was still not complete. I began to wonder about how our name, Christian Brothers, Inc. would be situated on the logo. Providing the whole name might make people come to their own conclusions when they read the word Christian. The idea rather is to get people to ask about our name and logo to bring us a springboard to talk about Jesus. Hence the acronym CBI will cause people to ask what CBI stands for… and it had done exactly that.
