Harris Teeter Franklin, TN

It has been a pleasure to work with CBI General Contractors on the new 52K prototype Harris Teeter located in Franklin, TN.  After many weather delays and adverse conditions, CBI has performed aggressively and efficiently to meet our schedule and budget restraints not to mention that the quality control has been outstanding.  Our operations personnel will be extremely pleased with the appearance and the maintain ability of this facility.

Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church  Roswell, GA

I recently completed a construction project with CBI General Contractors for Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church in Roswell, Georgia.  The project consisted of new interior construction for one floor of a school classroom building, including complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  CBI was required to complete the construction over the summer of 2006.  They met this deadline, ensuring that the Owner could use the building for the new school year and they exceeded our expectations with the quality of the work.  It has been our recent experience with many contractors that the punchlist developed at project completion is extensive and puts an undue burden on the Owner to have to coordinate with ongoing construction activities while the project is occupied.  Fortunately, this was not the case with CBI on this project as we had a very short punchlist and most of the items were completed within a few days.

In addition, we appreciated their professional demeanor and cooperative attitude throughout the project.  I would be happy to recommend CBI General Contractors for future work.
